- Advanced Tools: We’ll continue to introduce cutting-edge tools to streamline due diligence processes and improve communication between law firms and their clients. This will include further refinement to our tie-out tool to provide even greater accuracy and speed.
- Open Cap Table Coalition: As an active board member and technical contributor, we’re committed to incorporating the industry-standard Open Cap Table Format/OCX within our platform.

On the heels of our recent launch of Mantle Portal, 2025 will be a key year of growth.
