Mantle Portal simplifies the management of LP investments by consolidating information from all investor portals into a single centralized platform. The aggregation coupled with automation does the undifferentiated heavy lifting for LPs that was historically manual and error-prone.
Key features of the platform include:
- One Portal for All Documents: First, Mantle Portal automatically collects and organizes investment-related documents across all investor portals and mailing lists. LPs now have a single centralized platform to find all their capital calls, distributions, investor updates, tax documents, bank statements, and financial statements among other investment-related documents.
- AI-Powered Data Extraction: Second, Mantle Portal extracts key values from large unstructured documents, such as investing entity names, capital call due dates, and recallable distribution amounts. The platform also highlights the exact location where values are pulled to eliminate manual searching. Search and filter tools are available for easy document retrieval. In the same spirit as adopting the Open Cap Table Format (OCF) in Mantle’s cap table product, Mantle Portal is using the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) best practices as a North Star in its data extraction design.
- LP-Tailored Workflows: Finally, Mantle Portal is specifically designed to support LPs in their workflows, including tracking recurring documents (e.g. K-1s, capital statements), managing cash flows across investing entities and nested sub-entities, supporting bank statement reconciliations, and enabling fund look-throughs of the underlying holdings.
Mantle Portal has garnered significant interest from pensions, endowments, institutional fund of funds, and family offices.
